Piezo-impact drive
Stepper drive is utilizing piezoceramic elements for the movement developed for fine movement of probe in scanning probe microscopes. Its dimensions are 25 mm x 25 mm x 11 mm. The motor is made only of ultra high vacuum compatible materials.
