CVD graphene growth
Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) is a chemical process of depositing gaseous reactants onto a substrate. Since 2009, CVD has become one of the most widely used method for the graphene fabrication, mainly due to the possibility of large area and high quality graphene production. By the hydrocarbon decomposition on a hot metal surface it is possible to growth large area polycrystalline graphene layer or a high quality graphene crystals.
