Device for relative humidity regulation in AFM

The device allows manual adjustment and control of relative humidity in the working space of atomic force microscope NTEGRA NT-MDT. The device consists of an AFM chamber, electronic control unit, relative humidity and temperature sensors, valves for entry of water vapor and nitrogen and gas distribution piping (Humidity Controller).
