Instrument development

Magnetism laser pew pew

Our group has a long tradition in development of scietific instruments which are employed in our research. Currently we are working on a new ultra high vacuum scanning tunneling/atomic force microscope working at temperatures down to 20 K which will be integrated in electron microscope. This develompment is carried out together with company TESCAN and the product should appear on market in 2018. In addition there are other instruments being developed: Kerr microscope for imaging of magnetic samples, variable temperature STM for study on molecular systems, various atomic, molecular and ion sources for prepartion of new materials under UHV conditions.

The list of developed instruments can be found here.
