Transport measurement setup
Device is dedicated to the measurement of the transport properties of nano, micro and macro structures. Software controlled power sources enable the automated measurement in a wide range of frequencies, currents and voltages. The central custom-made part of the setup allows comfortable switching between different contacts leading to the sample and their grounding providing thus easy automated measurement without need on manual change of sample contacts.
