Colutron type ion source

Ion source is a device for formation of focused ion beam for various applications in analysis, cleaning or deposition of thin films. Ion source is based on commercial discharge chamber of the Colutron company (now Beam Imaging Solutions), supplemented by carrying, cooling, electrical, extraction and focusing systems.
